  • Although the MMEx application will work correctly over low bandwidth connections the end user response may not be desirable, a broadband connection is generally a minimum recommendation, also a quality of service (QoS) service may be needed to prevent other traffic from interfering in the MMEx application. Please contact MMEx support for assistance in sizing an appropriate internet connection for your expected usage.
  • ISA does not recommend or support utilising the MMEx application over a remote desktop connection such as Microsoft Remote desktop or Citrix.
  • Touch based support (e.g. tablets) has been steadily added to the MMEx application over its development but this has been an ongoing effort to support, please contact MMEx support for assistance if you intend to use the application on exclusively on Tablets.
