Medication Standing Order Permissions have been divided into 4 categories. Medication Lists can now be designated into 4 different categories. All standing order permissions restrict the user's ability to add medication, and allows them to select from a defined list of medications that can be added or dispensed without requiring a verbal telephone order. If a user is restricted by a particular standing order category permission, they will only be able to add medications specified on a medication list marked with a matching category. (ie. Standing Order Category 1 permission allows access to Category 1 Medication Lists) Task

7862Referrals Development - Case Management and othersNoneThis is a new Feature. A new tab called “Referrals” has been added to the org centre page.  This admin screen controls the items of the Referral Source Drop-down in Referral Control.  At the moment this options visible on this screen are only available via mental health permission By default, the Referral source is set to a default set of items. An organisation can configure their own set of items by changing the organisation drop down to their organisation Several improvements have been made to the Referral module in MMEx. The “Not an MMEx user” in the Referrals/Visits section now allows Entity or named person option.Street Address entry has been improved. This is similar to Patient Details section. This includes auto-population of state, postcode and country when suburb is entered.A document can also be uploaded in this section. The document can be selected from the computer or the patient file. This also allows multiple documents to be added. These documents are hyperlinked so a user can open them directed from the referral details. Add new field labelled: Priority (Urgent, Standard) is now available to users in the add new referral section. Enhancements in functionality have been done around around the Referrals/Requests section. This was visible as “Requests” in MMEx The Requests menu item name has been changed to Referrals/Requests. An auto-generated field called Category is visible on this screen. If the referred from and to are the same organisation it will display “Internal” otherwise “External” will be displayed. This is also available on the filters for easy searching of referrals. Referrals can also be created via this screen by clicking on the “Create Referral” button. This will display the usual add referral screen. An “export to excel” button has been added, where all information can be exported to an excel document. It is now possible to respond to an incoming referral. This is done in the Incoming tab by right click. This will display a “Response” popup where a response can be recorded. Similarly a response can also be recorded via record response in the outgoing tab.  When a response is recorded on the work list it will send a MMEx message to the referrer with the response status and comment with a hyperlink to the referral. In the gridview of the referrals, new field - priority is displayed. and if there is a document attached an “attachment icon” eg paperclip is added to grid. Task
