MMEx Version number change

To avoid confusion on the version number it will be updated to match the release cycle. The new version number for this release 2015.5.1 is :

  • Year : Uses the current year such as - 2015
  • Major Release : Uses the current release such as 5
  • Patch Release : uses the current patch release such as - 1

Now it is possible to change the privacy setting in Document tab for Forms and Uploaded documents by right clicking on the grid, in the patients document section. Option ‘visible to all’ means visible to all users. Option ‘Doctors Only’ means visible to user role configured as doctor role. Option ‘Sexual health only’ means restricted to those with specialization sexual health configured. Option ‘Mental Health Only’ means restricted to those with specialization mental health configured. Option ‘Crisis Management Only’ means restricted to those with patient record access – Crisis Management permission. Option ‘ Womens Health Only’ means restricted to those with specialization Women health. Option ‘ Social Health only’ means restricted to Social Health permission – Patient clinical summary.
7617Progress Notes privacy levelNew Organization Admin setting. A new permission has been added to enable Org Admin to change the privacy of a progress note when they are not the owner of that record. This can only be given by the MMEx help desk on request from an authorized person for a particular organization. Option ‘visible to all’ means visible to all users. 6205Social Health Privacy LevelSWU-328-96415New permission (Social Health) has been added to the system. Progress notes, Alerts and Documents have the option of using this permission. A new form “Comprehensive Social Health Program Assessment” can be accessed via this permission. The permission can be given on request.

7331CEO ReportingA new report called “Brisbane ATSICHS Executive Report” has been added to the reports section in MMEx. This reports based on data from Patient Visits, Medicare billing items, MBS item totals and count of patient visits by MBS code and organization code for the financial year. Total paid amount for Patient Visits which are based on current visits AND where ‘status’ is Complete.
