Register Management

This is the admin screen to manage Registers in MMEx. Creation of registers is controlled and maintained by MMEx Administrators.

Create a Register by clicking on Add New Register which will open up a form as below

Name of the register is the name that will appear in the left hand side of the menu. Name of the form is the form to be used with the register. Settings control certain sections the form that need to be switched on/off on the form. Currently, all except Allow Selection of Multiple Patients should be set to YES in this section. Note: The settings list may grow in the future.

After clicking on Add, it will save and display three new sections appear below the Settings Section. Status, Types and Access to Organisation/User must be set up before the customer can use the register

To Add Action Type, the admin need to provide the name of the type and sort order

Click Add

To Remove Action Type, click on remove button next to the Type row.

To Add Status, the admin needs to provide the name of the status (of your choice) and select what type it is. Checking the box Is Archived will archive the status and will not be visible to the user in intake form. Please ensure that the status is selected from the drop down before adding.

Click Add

NOTE: YOU MUST ALWAYS HAVE AN ARCHIVE AND A PENDING TYPE STATUS FLAG FOR EVERY REGISTER CREATED.

To Remove Status, click on remove button next to the status row.
