Org Administration - Case Management

This page allows you to manage a range of configurable settings in the Mental Health Case Management module.

Case Closure Reasons

This setting relates to the list of Case Closure Reasons required when closing a Mental Health Case.

Click on Add New Closed Reason

Enter a reason and assign a sort number (the order it will appear in the drop down list) and click Add

If no Organisation specific entries are made, the Default list is available to users.

Case User's Category

This setting relates to the list of user types in the Case Users field of a new Mental Health Case.

Click on Add New Category  Enter a user Category Name and assign a sort number (the order it will appear in the drop down list) and click Add

If no Organisation specific entries are made, the Default list is available to users.

Form Configuration

If No is selected, no additional details need to be recorded.

If yes is selected, the following fields appear in the Case Details form of the Mental Health Case. These details are relevant to specific Mental Health Service Providers such as headspace.

To tailor the Phase list, select your organisation from the drop down menu and click on Add New Phase

Enter a Phase Name and assign a sort number (the order it will appear in the drop down list) and click Add

If no Organisation specific entries are made, the Default list is available to users.

Case Category

this list related to the Category selected when a new case is created.

Click on Add New Case Category

Enter a case Category Name and assign a sort number (the order it will appear in the drop down list) and click Add

If no Organisation specific entries are made, the Default list is available to users.
