Forms are grouped together with similar forms to make it easier to find them, but you can also use the search field at the top to locate the form you want quickly.
If there are forms that you may use frequently click on the star next to the form to mark the form as a favourite - it will then display as a quick link in the side menu - you won't need to come back to this page unless looking for something different.
Most forms save as a copy of the smart form (the page you complete) and as a PDF that is able to be printed.
Saved Assessments and the PDFs are found on the patient Documents Tab.
There are over 160 forms in MMEx that are used for a wide range of activities and purposes.
MMEx is always looking to improve and expand our range of forms to meet the needs of our customers.
If you would like MMEx to develop a new form for you, contact us with your development ideas.
To find a particular form, select All Forms from the relevant menu.
It will take you to a page where you can choose which form to use. Type the name (or part of the name) of the form you are looking for in the search box at the top.
The form you are looking for will show up below the search box, click the link to open up the form.
Forms created by your organisation will appear under the Custom Forms section.
Access the All Forms page to open the full forms menu which contains the forms that are visible to you.
MMEx supports the Topaz Signature pad for the recording of hand-written signatures.
You must have a Topaz compatible device. We used Topaz Model T-S261-HSB-R (a Standard Signature pad) for testing.

NB: The MMEx Helpdesk will not be able to provide support if your device is not working. Please direct any Topaz Signature Pad related queries to firstname.lastname@example.org
Navigate to http://www.topazsystems.com/Software/sigweb_install.pdf and follow instructions carefully to install SigWeb service on your computer.
Once installation is complete and your device has been connected to the computer, navigate to the SigWeb test page to test a signature. This step will confirm that your device is working.

Record a signature on the signature pad - you will see a signature on the screen.
Note: If the device is not working, do not continue forward. Try Troubleshooting and Re-Installation steps located in the SigWeb manual.
In MMEx, navigate to a page that requires a signature, such as a New Medication or Pathology Request
Note: If you have multiple windows or tabs open that all include a signature box, recording a signature using the Topaz device will display a signature in the signature box in each tab or window – both those in-front and hidden.
This is NOT a bug - this is expected functionality.
Navigate to the Test Page to see if your device is working.
If there is no writing then there is an error with the device.
