My Event Log

Access your event log from the Settings side menu in the Tools sub-section.
Visibility of this page depends on your user permissions. Organisation Administrators can elect to have this page visible to users, or not, depending on organisation privacy requirements.

Here you will see a listing of key activities that you have undertaken in MMEx.

You may filter the list to display specific lengths of time.

The table will display:

  • the system event name,
  • an event note - if relevant,
  • the Patient file name that the event took place in if relevant and
  • the date and time the event was logged.

Your Organisation Administrator can run a report on these events for each and all users from their organisation.
If required, organisation administrators can obtain additional user activity information from MMEx system logs by sending a request to helpdesk
