Manage Venues

You may record a list of Venues or rooms in MMEx. this may act as a room booking function where staff work from a variety of areas. At the bottom of the list of available calendars, click on Manage Venues.

You will see a list of the venues currently defined at your organisation.

To add a new venue, click the Add New Venue button.

Give your venue a name and a description. Select where you want the venue to display. Options are:

  • Calendars
  • Patient Tracking:
    • Clinic
    • ED
    • Hospital

 You may also assign the venue a colour for easy visual identification.

Click on the Add button to save.
