ARF/RHD Notification settings

Then ARF/RHD notification settings can be managed in organisation settings.
Open the Settings Tab, open the Clinical Settings control and locate the “Show ARF/RHD notification popup after any application of RHD care Plan” and ensure the value is set to “Yes” from the drop down

To Assign a Care Plan, from the Patient Record, click on the Patient Widget and select Care Plans from the clinical list or click on Care Plans from the Navigator.

and click on Add New Care Plan button.
Search for “RHD” care plan, choose the appropriate one and click on Choose This Care Plan For Patient.

You will see a pop up:

If you select Yes, you will see this message:

If you select No, you will see this message:

The ARF/RHD Notification will be recorded in the Event log


To record the Acute Rheumatic Fever (ARF) and Rheumatic Heart Disease (RHD) illnesses, the notification form can be accessed from the forms menu.
